Permanent Staffing: If the position is for permanent jobs, we ensure processing right profiles and best of the short-listed candidates are scheduled for the client interview. If required, we provide end-to-end contribution from screening to compensation-negotiation. If the recruited person leaves the job within 3 months from the date of joining, we will find and replace with zero cost, an alternative candidate who is no less competent to the previous one.
Contract Staffing: If a position is for contract-to-hire jobs, adequate care is taken to ensure that the selected candidate is contracted for a fixed duration and that the candidate stays in the assigned job, till the end of contracted period. The contracted candidate is placed, after the selection-process is completed of a candidate by the client.
